I halved the recipe, becaus I only had a lb of ground turkey. I didn’t have any bread crumbs, but I did use my blender to crush some saltine crackers with a little paprika, pepper, and garlic powder. I cut back on the salt to compensate the salt from the crackers. Also used green onions instead of regular onions. Turned out delicious, and I managed to make 12 muffins. It was a hit with my partner. She told me I need to make these again, ASAP.
My husband & I both loved it! I gave him one plain & put a poached egg on top of the second one! Total winner! Served with mashed & air-fried broccoli...Absolutely Delicious!!!
