5. Click the ‘Link Aadhaar’.

7. Verify the details on screen with the those mentioned on your Aadhaar card.

8. If the details are fine, enter the Aadhaar card number and captcha code and click on the “Link now”.

9. A pop-up message will appear stating that your Aadhaar card has been successfully linked to your PAN.

To facilitate the tax-payers the department has provided the facility to link PAN and Aadhaar using SMS. To link the Aadhaar and PAN you can send SMS to 567678 or 56161.
